Over three dynamic days, we provided comprehensive solutions spanning staffing, production, and media management for this landmark industry event. Professional registration staff ensured efficient attendee check-in, while digital scanning teams facilitated seamless entry management. Dedicated room managers maintained perfect flow across parallel conference sessions, enabling smooth speaker transitions and optimal audience engagement. We designed and executed the inaugural PCE Awards Night – creating a stunning stage environment that elevated this prestigious ceremony. Our production scope included complete branding solutions for both organizers and 30+ exhibitors, encompassing roll-up banners, digital displays, and venue signage. The technical production featured advanced AV systems, premium sound engineering, and custom shell scheme construction – all implemented to the highest professional standards. A dedicated media team of six videographers captured every essential moment across multiple parallel sessions, while our lead photographer documented key highlights and networking interactions. Three in-house editors processed content rapidly, delivering professional event highlights and session recordings.
