Xenial Events provided specialized staffing solutions for Gulfood Green 2024, the Middle East's premier exhibition for sustainable food innovation at Dubai World Trade Centre. Our team of 90 environmentally-conscious professionals supported this pioneering event dedicated to eco-friendly food production and packaging solutions. The team consisted of 7 experienced Supervisors overseeing operations, working alongside 12 Data Entry Operators managing exhibitor and visitor registrations. For seamless attendee processing, we deployed 16 Scanners and 21 Queue Specialists implementing crowd flow strategies, 8 Fast Track attendants provided priority services for international buyers and speakers attending the sustainability forums. Specialized roles featured 10 Lanyard staff, 6 knowledgeable Info Booth assistants and 3 Hostesses welcoming VIP delegates. Technical operations were maintained by 4 XE Support specialists, while 3 Relief Staff ensured uninterrupted service during peak hours.
